Coming Soon to Oviedo on the Park

We started with the premise that the city of Oviedo is a great place to live and work, but what we felt was lacking was a neighborhood bar that served wines that are a step above what you find in most chain restaurants, by the glass as well as by the bottle.

We want an atmosphere where patrons (friends) will feel welcome (think Cheers or Cafe Perk!) and relaxed.

Food is essential, but will be a complement to the experience, rather than the purpose of the experience. We also want to provide excellent gluten-free options that everyone will enjoy. 

We’re excited to open and will keep you informed. Some day soon, you can stop in for a glass of wine, a pint of beer and a tapas plate to see whether The Crazy Cork meets these objectives, and hopefully you will find your new “go-to” place.
